Urban Hot Fusion

A Comprehensive Sequence to Detoxify, Focus, and Discipline.  This sequence is designed to purify your body, concentrate your mind, and instill discipline in your practice. It includes standing, balancing, and vinyasa postures, which are arranged in a balanced sequence.

You'll move and flow while enjoying upbeat music and high energy in a room heated between 103-107 degrees with approximately 45-50% humidity.

Urban Cardio Sculpt

Elevate Your Yoga Practice with Resistance Training
Experience a dynamic yoga class that incorporates strength and cardio, using weights and bands to build muscle and tone. The class is heated, but with lower humidity levels compared to our other classes, to create an invigorating yet comfortable atmosphere.

Urban Yin (Gently Heated)

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that involves holding postures for extended periods. This enables practitioners to stretch deep into the connective tissue of the lower body, including the thighs, hip openers, pelvis, and lower spine. Using blocks, blankets, and bolsters, you can hold the postures for longer. Yin Yoga is known for its stress and anxiety-reducing qualities, as well as its ability to improve blood circulation and flexibility. The practice is conducted in a gently heated room that is kept at a comfortable temperature.
